How much does it cost to rent a car in Aruba per day?
At Elixir Car Rental a Toyota Raize crossover starts at USD 45 per day and a 7-seat Honda BR-V at USD 85 per day, with unlimited mileage included. Rates are the same all year — we do not apply high-season surcharges.
Is there a deposit for a rental car in Aruba?
Yes. We take a refundable pre-authorisation of USD 250 on a credit card at pickup. It is released after the car is returned undamaged.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The daily rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability insurance and 24/7 road assistance. The only optional extras are the USD 30 flat airport transfer or hotel delivery, and any additional insurance you choose.
Do I pay when I book?
No. You reserve now and pay at pickup, and you can cancel free of charge.
