Cars available for airport pickup
Our fleet is deliberately small and brand-new, so the car you reserve is the car you receive. Both models are automatic with ice-cold air conditioning.

Elixir vs a typical airport rental counter
Flying in from the US or Canada? Here is how a local Aruba Airport car rental with Elixir compares to the usual counter experience at AUA.
| Elixir Car Rental | Typical rental counter | |
|---|---|---|
| Pickup | Personal meet-up for your flight, no shuttle | Queue at the counter or shuttle to a lot |
| Price | Clear daily rate, unlimited mileage, no hidden fees | Extra fees and upsells often added at the desk |
| Deposit | Fixed USD 250 refundable pre-authorisation | Often a higher hold on your card |
| Cars | 2026 Toyota and Honda crossovers | Varies by availability |
| Late flights | 24/7 airport service, we track your flight | Limited by counter opening hours |
Where the road takes you first
Aruba is compact and easy to drive, traffic keeps to the right, distances are short and the main routes out of the airport are well signposted. Most visitors head north along the coast towards Eagle Beach, Palm Beach and Noord, or south into the capital.
Oranjestad
The capital sits just south of the airport, pastel colonial streets, the tram and waterfront cafés.
Eagle Beach & the north
Follow the coast road north for Eagle Beach, Palm Beach and our office in Noord.
